These Website Terms & Conditions apply to your use of risingpathwayscoaching.co.uk (the Website). By using the Website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the Website.The Website is operated by Niamh Ramachandran trading as Rising Pathways Coaching. Business address: 95 Younghayes Road, Cranbrook, Exeter EX5 7DR. Email: [email protected].The Website may be viewed from outside the United Kingdom. However, Rising Pathways Coaching currently offers its paid coaching, mentoring and digital products only to eligible customers resident in the United Kingdom. Rising Pathways Coaching provides services to adults aged 18 and over only.Separate service or product terms apply to purchases and paid services.

2. Use of the Website

You may use the Website for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes and to find out about Rising Pathways Coaching, its services, resources and content.You must not misuse the Website. In particular, you must not knowingly introduce viruses, malicious code or other material that could harm the Website or its users, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or related systems, or use the Website in a way that is unlawful or infringes the rights of another person.

3. Information only - not professional advice

Unless expressly stated otherwise, content on the Website is provided for general information, education and reflection only. It is not individual professional advice and should not be treated as a substitute for advice or support from an appropriately qualified professional.
Website content does not provide medical assessment, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, nursing advice, psychotherapy, counselling, legal advice, financial advice, crisis support, clinical supervision or professional competency sign-off.Paid coaching and mentoring services are governed by the relevant client agreement. The Next Step Toolkit and other digital products are governed by the applicable Digital Product Terms & Conditions.

Rising Pathways Coaching is the owner or licensee of the intellectual property rights in the Website and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual-property laws.You are granted a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable licence to view the Website and its material on a computer or mobile device through a web browser, to copy and store the Website and its material in your browser cache, and to print pages from the Website for your own personal and non-commercial use.You may not reproduce in any format, including on another website, any part of the Website, including its content, images, designs, look and feel, without prior written consent from Rising Pathways Coaching.Except for the limited permission above, no other rights are granted. Rising Pathways Coaching takes reasonable care in preparing Website content, but the content is general and may not be suitable for your particular circumstances. Rising Pathways Coaching may update, change, suspend or withdraw Website content from time to time.The Website is provided on an 'as available' basis and uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.Rising Pathways Coaching is not responsible for temporary unavailability caused by maintenance, hosting or platform issues, internet failures, security incidents or circumstances outside reasonable control.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services, including Payhip, podcast platforms, social-media platforms and other external resources. Those links are provided for convenience or information.
Rising Pathways Coaching does not control third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, cookies or terms. You should review the relevant third party's own terms and privacy information before using its services.

8. Purchases, bookings and separate terms

Website use does not itself create a coaching or mentoring relationship.If you book or purchase a paid service, the relevant Coaching Agreement, Leadership & Career Mentoring Agreement, Coaching for Coaches Agreement and/or Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy will apply as appropriate.If you purchase The Next Step Toolkit or another digital product, the separate Digital Product Terms & Conditions will apply. The total price and any applicable VAT must be shown before purchase, and any statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.Free resources are provided for personal use and do not create a coach-client or mentor-client relationship.

9. Privacy and cookies

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Rising Pathways Coaching Privacy Notice.Rising Pathways does not currently intentionally use optional website analytics or advertising tracking.If optional analytics, advertising pixels or other non-essential tracking are deliberately enabled in future, the relevant privacy/cookie information and any consent mechanism required by law will be updated before use.

10. Prohibited commercial use of content

Website content and downloadable material may not be copied, repackaged, resold, licensed, distributed, uploaded to another platform, used to create a competing resource, or used commercially without prior written permission.Nothing in these Website Terms grants permission to use Rising Pathways Coaching branding, logos, trade names or other source-identifying material in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation or authorisation where none exists.

11. Changes to these Website Terms

Rising Pathways Coaching may update these Website Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Website, services, technology or applicable law.The version published on the Website will apply to Website use from the date it is published.
Changes to these Website Terms do not retrospectively alter the terms of a paid contract already entered into with you.Paid services and digital-product purchases remain governed by the terms applicable to that contract unless a lawful variation is agreed.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Website Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by English law.Nothing in these terms is intended to deprive a UK consumer of any mandatory rights or rights to bring proceedings in a court available to them under applicable consumer law.
